REFUNDS

REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Refunds for paid subscriptions are available under the following conditions: You request a refund within 7 days of your initial payment. You can demonstrate that the service was not delivered as described.
Renewals: Subscription renewals are non-refundable unless canceled before the renewal date. If you forgot to cancel, please contact support within 7 days of renewal, and we will evaluate your case.
One-Time Purchases (Add-Ons, Features): Refunds for one-time purchases are available within 14 days of purchase, provided the features or add-ons were not used.

NON-REFUNDABLE CASES
Refunds are not granted for: Accounts suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service. Partial months of service, unless explicitly stated. Services that have been used extensively beyond the refund window. Promotional offers, discounts, or trial periods.
