REFUNDS

REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Free Trial
All subscription plans come with a 7-day free trial. You can cancel anytime during the trial period without being charged. No charges will occur unless the trial ends.
Monthly Subscriptions (Starter & Pro)
Monthly plans are non-refundable once the trial has ended and payment has been processed. Since users can explore all core features during the free trial, we do not issue refunds for monthly subscriptions.
Annual Subscriptions (Pro Annual)
Annual plans are refundable within 7 days after the trial ends and payment is processed, provided the account has not been used extensively. After this 7-day window, annual plans are non-refundable.
Renewals
Renewals (monthly or annual) are non-refundable unless canceled before the renewal date. If you forgot to cancel, please reach out to support within 7 days of renewal, and we’ll evaluate your case.
One-Time Purchases (Add-Ons, Features)
Refunds for one-time purchases are available within 7 days of purchase, provided the features or add-ons were not used.

Processing Time:
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
NON-REFUNDABLE CASES
Refunds are not granted for:
Accounts suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
Partial months of service (unless explicitly stated)
Services used extensively beyond the refund window
Promotional offers, discounts, or trial periods
ADDITIONAL NOTES
This refund policy applies only to purchases made directly through our website. If you subscribed via a third-party platform, their refund policies apply. Mittalmar reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated via our website.
